KiinCoach use is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By registering on the platform you are stating that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of the page and the mechanics of the service.
In case of a disagreement with these conditions, KiinCoach reserves the right to prevent access to the website.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including any user who assists in the creation and delivery of content on the Service.
KiinCoach is not a provider of courses or training, nor is it an educational institution. Clients are not employees of KiinCoach. KiinCoach is not responsible for the interactions between clients and students, with the exception of providing the technological means through which clients can transmit and make their training available and, when applicable, process payments through the payment gateway of KiinCoach. KiinCoach is not responsible for any dispute, claim, loss, injury or damage of any kind that may arise from the Client / Student relationship.

PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
KiinCoach controls the quality of and the veracity of the information contained in the advertisements, the qualifications of the teachers, their telephone numbers as well as their availability, but in no way can guarantee them. KiinCoach members must create a profile to use the site to contact other members of the community. Users agree to create a single profile on the site. This profile can be modified, managed and deleted from the Control Panel made available to users.
The services of the KiinCoach website are exclusively reserved for people of legal age who are legally capable of signing purchase and sale contracts in accordance with the applicable national law. The service as a student is limited only to natural persons and their individual use. It is prohibited for legal entities to use the service posing as individuals or directly as companies, academies or schools. KiinCoach reserves the right to immediately remove profiles with such activity or irregular activity.
KiinCoach reminds its users that they are subject to labor law, company law, payments and arising taxes.
Profiles can be deleted through a simple email request or from the user's control panel.
When using KiinCoach services, you must behave in a civil and respectful manner at all times. Additionally, the following terms are to be avoided in any account you may create:

Additionally you must:

You will immediately notify ClassOnLive of any unauthorized use of your account.
*You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and agree not to use it in any way that infringes the use or rights of other users.
*The User may not choose as username or password words and/or expressions that, in general, are contrary to the law or to good practices, uses and generally accepted customs and, in general, words and/or expressions on which there is any right that excludes its use by the User.
The User may deactivate their registration at any time by sending a message through the Contact form. The user acknowledges and accepts that KiinCoach reserves the right to deactivate those registrations or inactive users for a period of time greater than 6 months.
KiinCoach reserves the right to suspend or delete your KiinCoach account and your access to the site, at any time, with or without cause for notice, if the information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. You can never use another user's account without permission. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 (or under 21 in jurisdictions where 21 is the age of majority) is prohibited. KiinCoach has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all conduct and content submitted to the Service. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, KiinCoach cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to hack our security measures.
REGISTRATION AND DISSEMINATION OF ANNOUNCEMENTS
Teachers register their ads for free on KiinCoach in accordance with the page registration procedure that can be found on the main page of the platform. You can register as many ads as you want, either by grouping them by coaching category, or by creating an ad for each particular topic.
Each registered advertisement must be completely different from the others and must contain a unique title in order to avoid poor positioning.
Any teacher who uploads an ad to KiinCoach agrees not to post information, content, photographs or videos that do not belong to him or to which he does not have rights. The ad must not have erroneous, illegal or other data that could lead to error.
The advertisements must not contain the teacher's personal data: address, telephone, email, Internet address etc. , under penalty of the advertisement being deleted and the prohibition of access to the page for the teacher.
Teachers agree to show full transparency regarding their training and references. KiinCoach is not responsible for any erroneous data provided by teachers. The responsibility to verify the data provided by the teacher in his announcement falls entirely on the student, as well as to warn KiinCoach in case there is inaccuracy in said data.
A teacher's posting may be suspended if it takes more than 48 hours to respond to a class request.
Registration and dissemination of announcements is free for teachers.
Trust and security
Teacher data is not transmitted to students unless the teacher accepts the class requests and indicates the data that they wish to be transmitted to the student to organize the first class.
All pages on the site are secured by the HTTPS protocol and page navigation is encrypted.
No data regarding bank cards is kept by KiinCoach.
KiinCoach does not sell or rent any information or data about its members.
After viewing the announcements, students can contact the teachers of their choice.
They send a class request that includes a message to the teachers that corresponds to their needs. These messages should not have any data to contact the student since the contact will be made through KiinCoach, that is, no phone number, no URL address, no e-mail or mail address.
KiinCoach has the records of the coaches and their professional information provided by them, but it is 100% the responsibility of the student to confirm their agreement with them. For this reason, an introductory call of 15-30 minutes is created in which the coach will present his experience on the subject to be addressed and after which the student must confirm his compatibility and consent to the continuity of the class / course / workshop. . In case of not wanting to continue with the reservation, the student can search for the course with another coach offered on the platform.
Any misuse of personal data, or violation of any of the terms of this section during the presentation session of Terms and Conditions may lead to the cancellation or sanction of the account.
Cancellation of requests
Class requests can be canceled from the student's Control Panel when they have not yet been accepted, in order to avoid receiving data from a teacher that you do not want to contact.
The student will not be able to obtain a refund except in the event of proven unavailability on the part of the professor. Depending on the case, a receipt may be requested in order to proceed with the reimbursement.
If the class request is initially accepted and later rejected for ethical reasons or sanctioned by law (such as the explicit request to do tests or homework by the student), KiinCoach will not have a favorable response to the request for reimbursement.
